All rates are based on current South African currency exchanges rates and are subject to change.
Rates based upon a minimum of 10 passengers.
Inoculations:
None are required. However, it is recommended to consider Hepatitis A & B, tetanus, yellow fever.

Travel Protection Plan:
Optional Travel Protection Plan is available which covers your moneys paid if you must cancel or interrupt your trip for medical reasons. Must be paid within 21 days of the
initial tour deposit, cannot be added later.
"Basic" program from $191.00 pp, "Basic/Extension" combined program from $250.00 pp. Ask for details!

Payment Schedule: |
Initial deposit $300.00 deposit per person (make check payable to Kathy Loper Events).
Second deposit $500.00 deposit per person (due by May 15, 2011), final invoice will be sent by May 25th.
Add Travel Protection Plan if desired. Covers Trip Cancellation, Medical, Emergency Evacuation, Baggage. From $150.00 per person, depending on total tour cost and age. Must be paid within 15 days of initial tour deposit, cannot be added later. Ask for details!
Balance due by latest June 5, 2011.
(Final invoice will be sent out by 15May2011).

To pay by credit card, please click on the "Register Online" link. (The online registration company charges a service fee in addition to the tour fee.)
Cancellation:
If cancellation becomes necessary, monies recoverable from the suppliers will be refunded, less $200.00 per person administration fee. Your deposit includes the official race entry fee, which is non-refundable but can be re-assigned to an alternate if one is found.
If a sharing person drops out, he/she is responsible for the resulting single room supplement cost to the remaining room partner, unless a new share person can be found that suites the remaining room partner
Note: Prices are subject to adjustment by time of final invoicing, mainly in the event of currency variations, vendor price changes and airport taxes which can fluctuate.
Deviation / Change Fee
Your South African Victoria Falls package has been developed as a group movement in order to take advantage of specially negotiated prices when traveling as a group.
A fee of $150.00 will apply per deviation or change from the published program, plus the extra costs of new or changed services.
If such changes necessitate cancellation of confirmed air or ground arrangements which are subject to cancellation charges, unrecoverable costs will be added to the change fee (this occurs likely within 30 days of departure when air tickets and other documents have been issued).
