Solar Eclipse Marathon portion of $3875 due by May 1st, 2012.
Additional tour payment of $500 due by July 1st, 2012.
Final tour payment due by September 15th, 2012.
(Final invoice will be sent out by 01April2012).

Cancellation:
POLICY of the Solar Eclipse Marathon/Half Marathon.
In a review of the 75 days from the tour start, Nov 8th,
75 days out would be around August 23, 2012
They would lose all of their $600 deposit.
NO refund after October 24th.
4. CANCELLATION INSURANCE as provided by the Solar Eclipse Marathon Committee
We have created a standard insurance for all travellers.
By taking out this insurance the tour can be cancelled without cost
(except for the price of the insurance and possible handling charges) in the following situations:
A. In the case of acute illness that requires confinement to bed (doctor’s certificate necessary)
or hospitalization.
B. Bereavement within the closest family (spouse, parents, children, grandparents).
The cancellation insurance must be taken out at the same time as the tour is booked,
it must be paid no later than the deposit is paid. A cancellation insurance covers only
in case of acute illness (doctor’s certificate necessary) and cannot be taken out after the deposit is paid.
Please notice, that the premium is not refunded when a tour is cancelled, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

Note: Prices are subject to adjustment by time of final invoicing, mainly in the event of currency variations, vendor price changes and airport taxes/fuel surcharges which can fluctuate.
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice in the event of major currency fluctuations. All prices are contingent upon exchange rates current at the time of final payment.
In case of currency fluctuations be sure to verify final amount due prior to making payment. Prices are guaranteed in dollars once payment in full has been received.

Your Solar Eclipse Marathon/Half event tour package has been developed as a group movement in order to take advantage of specially negotiated prices when traveling as a group. A fee of $100.00 per person will apply per deviation or change from the original program, plus the extra costs of new or changed services.
