Run and Trek Program Includes:
- Air fare as arranged from the USA to Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO) in Tanzania and back.
- Airport transfer from JRO airport to Keys Hotel or Ameg Lodge and return.
- Baggage handling at airports/hotels.
- All accommodations (basis sharing double/twin room/Kili tent), and all meals as set out above.
- "Welcome to Tanzania" and "Kili Accomplished" cocktail.
- In-flight meals at appropriate meal hours.
- All national park entry fees.
- Kili Trek t-shirts for those doing the mountain trek.
- Special carbo-loading Pasta Dinner at the Keys Hotel in Moshi.
- Maps of Kilimanjaro for every trekker.
- All services on Mount Kilimanjaro and equipment such as tents, sleeping mats and all meals and cooking / eating utensils.
- Full buffet breakfast at your base hotel.
- Hotel service charges and hotel taxes.
- Kilimanjaro Marathon/Half Marathon/5K entry fee & goodie bag / finisher medal for Full and Half. We will automatically register you for the event.
- Tipping on included services, except Kili Trek tips.

Not included in Tours or Options:
- US and International airport taxes and fuel surcharges on NW/KL air tickets (currently approx $144 and $280, amounts fluctuate).
- US Passport fee (passport must be valid to at least 30Sep2009).
- Tanzania Tourist Visa upon arrival of $100.
- All drinks including bottled water.
- Items of personal nature.
- Travel Insurance (Cancellation/Trip Interruption/Medical).
- Tips to Mt KILI Trek guides/porters. Tipping fee is now $130.
- Personal telephone calls, taxis if used, any other excursions outside of the itinerary.
- Hire equipment from Keys Hotel for Kilimanjaro Trek (MUST BE PAID IN USD CASH, CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES).
Payments for drinks and extras at hotels: For all payments made by Travellers Cheques there is a service charge of up to US $15. Also for all payments made by Credit Cards there is a surcharge of 7.5%. Please pay preferably by CASH in USD, small denomination notes are recommended (1’s, 5’s, 10’s etc). Telephone Calls are EXTREMELY expensive from the hotel for various reasons; please ASK FIRST before you call.
