$300 deposit/person is due with tour registration form, $500 second deposit by 05 October, and Final payment is due by 05 December 2014 (make check payable to Kathy Loper Events). Travel Protection Plan Covers Trip Cancellation, Medical, Emergency Evacuation, Baggage. (must be paid within 21 days of deposit/pricing varies due to total tour program & age). A travel protection plan with medical coverage/evacuation required for all trek participants. To Pay with your Credit Card:To pay by credit card, please click on the "Register Online" link. (The online registration company charges a service fee in addition to the tour cost.)Cancellation:If cancellation becomes necessary, monies recoverable from the suppliers will be refunded, less $200.00 per person administration fee. Your deposits include the official run registration fee, which is non-refundable but can be re-assigned to an alternate if one is found. If a sharing person drops out, he/she is responsible for the resulting single room supplement cost to the remaining room partner, unless a new share person can be found that suits the remaining room partner.Note: Prices are subject to adjustment by time of final invoicing, mainly in the event of currency variations, vendor price changes and airport taxes which can fluctuate. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice in the event of major currency fluctuations. All prices are contingent upon exchange rates current at the time of final payment. In case of currency fluctuations be sure to verify final amount due prior to making payment. Prices are guaranteed in dollars once payment in full has been received. RATE PER PERSON (based on minimum 20 participants) Deviation / Change FeeYour Kilimanjaro Marathon tour package has been developed as a group movement in order to take advantage of specially negotiated prices when traveling as a group. A fee of $150.00 per person will apply per deviation or change from the original program, plus the extra costs of new or changed services.If such changes necessitate cancellation of confirmed air or ground arrangements which are subject to cancellation charges, unrecoverable costs will be added to the change fee (this occurs likely within 60 days of departure when air tickets and other documents have been issued). |
